Rich and his team took over my extension build from another builder.  He was so helpful and professional throughout the project. My wife and I have used Rich Vowles in the construction of our extension. At all stages he was incredibly helpful and exceptionally good in communicating with us so that we always knew when to expect his men on site. If problems arose, which is inevitable, he kept us informed and went the extra mile to put things right. He, and his men, were always cheerful and a pleasure to have around.
